Never shovel again.
AUTOMATIC. EFFORTLESS. SAFE.
Hydronic snowmelt systems keep your driveway, walkways, and steps clear all winter—automatically. Snow and ice melt on contact
with no plowing, no salt, and no shoveling.

DRIVEWAYS · WALKWAYS · STEPS
Hydronic tubing beneath the surface. Warm water does the rest.
Hydronic snowmelt systems embed PEX tubing beneath your driveway, walkway, or patio surface. When a snow and moisture sensor detects precipitation, the system automatically calls for warm water from your boiler. The surface stays warm enough to melt accumulation before it builds up — and the system shuts off when it's no longer needed.
1. Sensor detects snow & moisture — Ground and aerial sensors measure temperature and moisture simultaneously.
2. Control system activates — Automatic controller calls for warm water from your boiler.
3. Warm water circulates — Heated water flows through PEX tubing beneath the surface.
4. Snow melts continuously — Surface stays warm, snow can't accumulate, ice can't form.
5. Auto shutoff — System shuts down when precipitation stops and surface is clear.
Safety. Convenience. Property value.
Guests and family never encounter black ice on the driveway. No emergency snow removal calls after a heavy storm. Snowmelt removes the burden entirely for elderly residents — no physical strain and no risk of injury from shoveling — and prevents ice buildup at the base where roof snow falls.
Smart sensors activate only when there's actual precipitation, so the system doesn't run continuously or waste energy between storms. It can be monitored and controlled remotely via smartphone, has a low operating cost relative to the convenience, and works seamlessly with your existing boiler system.
Driveways, walkways, steps — anything you currently shovel.
Driveways — The most popular application. Wake up to a clear driveway after a heavy snowstorm. No ice at the bottom where roof snow falls.
Front Walkways — Keep entryways safe and welcoming. Important for homes with elderly residents or young children navigating icy steps.
Steep Driveways — Homes with steep grades are particularly dangerous in winter. Snowmelt eliminates the ice that makes steep driveways treacherous.
Patios & Steps — Heated patios extend outdoor usability and eliminate slip hazards on exterior stairs throughout the season.
Works with your existing boiler — or we install the heat source too.
Snowmelt integrates directly with your home's existing hydronic heating system. If you already have a boiler — for radiant heating, baseboard heat, or radiators — snowmelt connects to the same hot water supply. Your boiler manages both home heating and snowmelt automatically, and the snowmelt load is sized so it doesn't compromise your home heating capacity.
Existing boiler integration — If your boiler has adequate capacity, snowmelt can be added without replacing the heat source. We size the snowmelt zone load and verify the boiler can handle the combined demand before designing the system.
New construction or full replacement — For new construction or when replacing an aging boiler, we design the system to accommodate both home heating and snowmelt loads. A properly sized high-efficiency condensing boiler serves both without compromise.
